Account Manager (1 YEAR MAT CONTRACT)
Overview
Our client, a bespoke lighting manufacturer based in Chelsea are looking for a well presented Account Manager to join their team for a 1-year Maternity cover. Duties will include: • Providing clients with a high level of customer service • Maintaining and building strong client relationships • Ensuring that Customer requirements are correctly communicated to the workshop • Responsible for processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner • Co-ordinating shipping where necessary and adhering to export protocols • Handling customer enquiries efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interiors and as well as a good understanding of luxury goods. You will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and be a great team player. You must also be happy working within a small team and Ideally they are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and experience using SAGE would be an advantage.
