Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven graduate to start on the path to success We are looking for people who thrive in an environment where your own ideas and working with autonomy are valued. Initially starting in a front of house role for 3-6 months (the ideal candidate will be bored after this time), you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your multi tasking ability, customer service skills and work ethic before progressing. Joining a team of dedicated consultants, you will be fully supported with extensive training opportunities but equally, allowed to get stuck in from the start. Key skills include first rate communication abilities (both written and verbal), strong emotional intelligence, tenacity combined with diplomacy and a genuine desire to create the best outcome for both your clients and candidates. Progression and growth is encouraged at every step, commission is uncapped and leadership opportunities are readily available. Degree educated – 2:1 Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence Ambitious, driven and self motivated.
