7-OMPA/FA Office Manager Temp to Perm Up to £55K West End, London Core hours: 8:45am to 6pm (flexibility required) VWA are seeking a proactive, organised and highly capable Office Manager to join a Board Development and Executive Search Consultancy based in the West End. This is a fantastic, newly created role and company to be a part of - our client is distinctive and forward-looking, with a great, friendly team of professionals looking for an Office Manager, with a contagious energy and drive, to add to their ambitious firm. Some of the duties included in this diverse Office Manager role are: Office Management: liaising with suppliers and service providers; ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies; maintaining basic Health and Safety requirements; fire safety procedures, ad hoc administrative activities. Accounting: liaising with company accountant; assisting with bookkeeping and expense processing; preparing and log client invoices, ensuring timely receipt of payments. Human Resources: Maintain and update NDAs and HR documents; supporting Partners with employee staffing. Partner Support: Seek to improve the efficiency of data and file management, processes and protocols; proactively manage Partner diaries and travel. Our client is a small team of approachable and friendly professionals therefore a confident and self-starter Office Manager with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team is essential for this role. A successful Office Manager will have a outstanding communication skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and solid numerical capabilities.
