Who am I supporting: The overall team and their client portfolios Key duties: Work alongside the team on a range of projects Work alongside the delivery team to meet client expectations Create delivery to facilitate main duties Manage various CRM Systems Update CRM systems, attend clients and internal meetings and support the R&D claims Track the weekly report for the management team What makes this position great? You will be supporting a growing portfolio of clients within a growing business. This role will give you the freedom to reach set targets through your own abilities and drive with guidance and support from seniors along the way. What is the company looking for? Background and experience: Previous experience in a client facing/account management role Demonstrate negotiation and contract management Experience using CRM Systems An interest in tech R&D credit experience Excellent written and verbal communication Qualifications: Degree Qualified Availability: ASAP Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
