Overview
Accounts Payable £29,000-£33,000 Guildford Full Time Your new company We are working with a well know privately owned company based just outside he centre of Guildford. They provide a vital service to their customers and other business throughout the region. Your new role You will have sole responsibility for the accounts payable function for the business. This will include processing invoices, matching purchase orders on the system and manually. You will reconcile daily reports and ensure they have been uploaded correctly. The role will also require you to resolve invoice queries, reconcile supplier statements and the purchase ledger. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role with a medium to large company and have experience of Sage 200. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively in times of pressure. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential too What you'll get in return Private health care, life cover and a competitive pension.
