Experienced Credit Controller - Up to £22,000 PLUS full CICM study support - Central Sheffield This is a critical job role to the business. Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a CICMQ accredited team, suitable for a motivated and experienced Credit Controller. Your new role Your responsibilities will include: Management of geographical portfolios of over 500 accounts, ranging from larger Limited companies to sole traders Organise and proactively manage collection calls and processes with solid reporting (Microsoft Excel) capability Gain trust and build strong relationships with customers and locations sales teams alike Achieve monthly cash and overdue targets What you'll need to succeed An excellent opportunity for a skilled professional. You are a highly experienced Credit Controller, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. You will be part of 9 strong dynamic UK Credit team and will be expected to bring proactive ideas with a positive and personable nature. You are ultimately dynamic, pro active and forward-thinking. Your Excel skills are strong and you're comfortable with creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas. What you'll get in return Your working days are Monday to Friday, working hours are 8:30am until 5:30 including an hour for your lunch break from Monday to Thursday; 8:30am until 4pm with 1 hour for lunch on a Friday.
