Overview

Our client has been established in their industry for over 10 years and due to continued referrals and business success, they will steadily grow into 2020 and beyond. A small, supportive and collaborative organisation who are looking to recruit a diligent, organised and experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their team. The purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of CVLs and MVLs collectively and will suit an individual who enjoys working in a small, quiet team where the ability to comfortably and confidently work in an autonomous style is paramount. This business is based in a newly refurbished and very pleasant rural location and can offer the right candidate a competitive package (with a bonus scheme) and the stability for true longevity in this role. Please note: Hours can be flexible for the right candidate (3/4 days or full time will be considered). Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of cases (CVL's and MVL's) Assist with the interpretation of rule changes through an aptitude for compliance Ensure all aspects of cases are progressed efficiently and are compliant in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure all communication meets industry and company standards Maintaining internal administration and records Always manage relationships with internal and external professionals with an excellent service Key Skills and Experience: CPI qualified (or JIEB would also be highly desirable) At least 4 years working in the Insolvency industry is essential Experience managing a portfolio of cases A Law or compliance related qualification is desirable ACA or ACCA qualifications are desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail Highly organised and able to communicate at all levels If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
