Newport £8.70 per hour Yolk Recruitment are on the look out for 5 Care Assistants for a Nursing & Residential Home This care home is privatly owned and specialises in Alzhimers & challanging behaviour. The Care Home's aim is to provide residents with person-centred care to enable them to live as independetly as possible. If you are looking to get into care work or have a passion for helping the elderly please read the job duties below. Assist in the development and objectives for the care practice. Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of care implementation and delivery Implement action to meet and maintain care standards Ensure Individual rights are protected. Encourage a model of self-care and Individual rehabilitation. Record relevant activities in Personal Plans. Evaluate standards of care competence. To work effectivly and as one team you will need to: Support the implementation of The Home’s policies and procedures. Support a work atmosphere which promotes a high quality of work life.
