So, if you're talented, driven, creative, and hungry to bring something entirely new and wildly ambitious into the world (and have some fun doing it), then let's talk What you'll do: Reporting to the International Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Company's annual international compliance requirements while proactively ensuring accounting processes are compliant with global policies and procedures, within an effective internal control environment. Assist the International Compliance Manager working directly with in-country service providers and internal teams with the preparation and filing of the following across the EMEA and APAC regions: Annual statutory financial statements; Annual corporate tax filings; VAT/GST filings; Statistical and other compliance filings as required; Assist with the audit of annual statutory financial statements for entities where audits are needed; Ensure all financial statements are filed by required deadlines and all tax liabilities are correctly calculated and paid by due dates; Assist with maintaining the ERP statutory ledgers to ensure they adhere to filings and update with statutory adjustments as required; Support SOX testing as needed; Work closely with the legal team to support company secretarial filings; Participation in other ad-hoc accounting projects as required. Who we are looking for: A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a practice background (Big 4 is highly advantageous); Knowledge of FRS101, US GAAP and IFRS; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, pivot tables, etc.); Experience working in a multi-entity/multi-currency environment with ERP systems and tools such as Oracle Cloud is beneficial; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to build positive working relationships across the department, within different teams and at every level in the organization; Demonstrate good judgement and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities; Experience working with NASDAQ listed Company under SOX controls is beneficial; Self-motivated with an analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills; Able to work in a highly effective manner with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver exceptional, high-quality results; Able to work under pressure while still maintaining attention to detail; You share our corporate values of Openness, Grit, Agility, Vision, Generosity, Full-Heartedness in everything that you do.
