Overview
This is an exciting and challenging role for a progressive organisation based in Milton Keynes. You will be providing technical support for office staff, customers and an installation team. The company deal with the installation of Electric Vehicle chargers and so knowledge of this industry would be great but is by no means essential. You will manage the procurement of materials and arrange deliveries to the installation team. This will involve the duties below: • Technical support for installation practices, product knowledge and vehicles • Review of application evidence to determine feasibility of proposed installations and advise • Communication with Homecharge colleagues, customers and suppliers • Undertake and manage specific small projects on request • Manage and maintain standard issue equipment given to the Homecharge electricians • Reviewing scheduled appointments and forecasting requirements • Ordering and co-ordinating stock for delivery or collection for Homecharge electricians • Review and management of Installation team purchasing you will be great on the phone, a good communicator all round and able to work on your own.
