You will be responsible for providing world class technical support and advice to our customers within our service level targets. You will also be responsible for handling customer returns which may include testing and repairing items from time to time. You'll love a challenge in a fast paced performance-driven organisation that's determined to be the best in the world - no compromise. This typically involves: * Provide timely and outstanding customer support (technical, pre-sales and post-sales). * Authorise and manage the customer returns process. * Meet internal service level targets and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings. * Produce tutorials and technical guides. Fundamentally if you spent way to much time helping other FPV pilots on the internet, why not get paid for it? If you spend your free time watching all the latest Youtube videos and reading articles about FPV, you probably already have sufficient knowledge to do a great job. Since we are a small company, the job will evolve over time to best match your ambitions and skills. Although your main job role will be in customer service, you will be required to help with any and all other areas of the company as is needed. So one day if we have a lot of testing to do, orders to pack, or inventory to stock in, we all pitch in to ensure things are done on time. Requirements * Good technical knowledge about drones, FPV and the RC hobby in general. * Good language/written skills. * Proficient typist. * The willingness to learn in-depth technicalities of the products we sell. * Solid understanding of electronics. * Previous customer service experience desirable.
