Overview
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in Covent Garden. The Company: The client is a care tech company who are running their branch completely different to the usual domiciliary care service. They provide both live in care and domiciliary care. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. The Branch/The role: This branch currently provides care to 15 privately funded clients. They are looking to double this before the end of the year. You will be responsible NOT be responsible for sourcing new business and the role will entail focusing on the quality and compliance while managing the office. You will also be responsible for care plans, risk assessments and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent knowledge within CQC, be empathetic and organised. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
