Overview
A short-term opportunity has arisen for an Account Technical Lead to join our client on an initial 6 month contract. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical assurance of applications and significant projects. You will be involved in the preparation, installation and configuration for testing. Key responsibilities: Creation and implementation of testing strategies Working with the customer and 3rd parties to resolve issues Engagement with customer stakeholders to implement new builds for Windows/Mac & iOS devices Fulfill ad-hoc tasks as required ie. bespoke software deliverables to user devices as part of proof of concept activities You will have experience of MS InTune, SCCM, PowerShell and Azure. Experience of the following software is desirable but not essential: Microsoft Windows Server - Server 2008 R2 through Server 2019 (Cloud and OnPrem) Operations - VMWare, HyperV, Anti-Virus - McAfee EPO, Windows Defender You should have a pro-active approach towards problem/incident resolutions in Pilot and Live. You will be confident working with internal teams and cross capability teams alongside account and customer engagement.
