The casual role of being a Care Assistant is: Provide high quality care to residents ensuring that you cater for their specific and individual needs. Promoting resident’s independence as well as taking part in social and recreational activities That offers our service users and their families the engagement, person centred care, comfort and commitment in providing qualitative care. Possess a friendly, patient and caring approach and have the ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds. You will It is also desirable although not essential as training will be given for candidates to have and understanding or knowledge of dementia.
