Overview
It's a grey rainy day in the midlands and to make things worse, your boss won't give you the training you want to explore new data visualisation tools. To top it all off, the board of directors aren't backing your business case and have zero interest in Data & Business Intelligence and the value it can bring. Great. Sound familiar? What's on offer? A hybrid between the business and technical; you'll work with internal customers whilst remaining very close to Data & BI. You'll work in a close-knit team of 2 other Analysts who are all reporting specialists, specifically using QlikView. Other technologies in the business include MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, Python, R, Shiny & Jenkins. You'll have access to all. What you'll do: Design build & implement analytical and BI solutions utilizing QlikView. Extract data from SQL databases into QlikView. Design sleek dashboards for your customers to access their insights simply. You'll live for good quality data. Data cleansing data transformation is your thing. Your experience: You'll be a proud problem-solver & will want to be a hybrid between technical work & stakeholder management/project management. You'll be helping to manage various inflight projects in this busy BI team. What to expect in return?
