Applications Engineer

My client is looking for an Applications Engineer who will support the new and existing customers in their use of our products developing markets. Location: Sunbury Salary: Up to £40,000 Key duties: Supporting new and existing customers in their effective use of product through problem solving Providing first line support to product enquiries Supporting commercial discussions with appropriate technical input Building relationships with key customers Setting up and maintaining both internal and external projects Working with sales and engineering colleagues to create new product requirements including hardware and software Defining technical procedures and policies Providing technical training and support Key requirements: Essential: Experience of applications Strong customer relationship skills Exceptional communication skills Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
