Due to recent Pandemic and the high demand for Healthcare Assistant's at this time - we at Voyage Specialist Healthcare have made adaptions to our interview and training processes we will be holding Skype, Telephone interviews and our training can currently be completed online Complex Care Support Worker Voyage Specialist Healthcare - Luton About this Job - We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Support Worker to support a lovely gentleman who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy We currently have both full and part-time roles available, with the following shift patterns available: 08:00 - 22:00 09:00 - 15:00 14:30 - 22:00 09:30 - 11:30 14:30 - 15:30 The person we support has the following clinical interventions: Moving & Handling Medication via gastrostomy Feed via gastrostomy Catheter care CPAP (Continuous Pressure Airway Pressure) Cough assist Physiotherapy Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as you will receive training tailored to the service user's specific needs. What the role offers: Earn between £9.00 and £13.50 per hour A regular working pattern Being a part of a dedicated team for this gentleman Paid nurse-led clinical training 24/7 on call nurse support Voyage Specialist Healthcare - part of Voyage Care, provides complex home care services for adults and children.
