Impact Care Services STAFF NEEDED- PART TIME/ FULL TIME Care Assistants We are looking to expand our team of Care Assistants who are available to work 3 or 4 shifts per week, (mornings, afternoons and nights) in the Luton and surrounding area. You will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to elderly residents within residential Care Homes and Nursing Homes. Support Workers We are looking for Support Workers with experience within Learning Disability Services or Mental Health Organisations or who have worked with service users with dual diagnosis. In line with the requirements of the service users you will possess the following attributes; ability to work as part of a team; ability to work on your own initiative; adequate communication skills; good record keeping skills. You must be punctual, reliable and adaptable to the different needs of the service users. Nurses Due to an increase in demand in this area we wish to expand our excellent team of qualified nurses to work with a variety our clients in Nursing and EMI Homes, Mental Health Organisations and small independent specialist elderly care services. We can offer you a flexible opportunity to work a variety of shifts; days, nights and weekends to suit your family commitments. You must have a RGN or RMN qualification and hold a valid NMC Pin. In line with the requirements of the service users you will possess the following attributes; leadership skills; ability to work on your own initiative; excellent record keeping skills; effective communication skills and excellent time management skills. .
