Nurse Manager – Low Secure Mental Illness Essex Career Level C / Manager / Expert Salary upwards from £43,000 dependent on experience We are seeking to recruit a Nurse Manager to work with our Danbury Ward Men’s Acute Psychotic disorders Ward, Danbury ward is a 16 Bedded men’s ward with history of abuse, unsettled childhood issues, leading to drug use, self-harm, and difficulties forming relationships and often with behavioural difficulties. The role of Nurse Manager You will have managerial and operational responsibility for your wards and all aspects of performance. Your effective day-to-day support and operational leadership will be key to maintaining operational excellence and high levels of nursing and care. There’s also plenty of scope for innovation as we’ll expect you to lead processes to improve the quality and operational management of your wards even further.
