Location: Locations across Hillingdon Pay: £8.72 -£11 per hour (Days), £11-£15 per hour (Nights) Hours of work: Various shifts available We are a leading Recruitment Partner for various Local Authorities, providing a high calibre of agency staff. We are interested in hearing from experienced Care Support Workers who want to join our team and assist with day to day support for Service Users within Hillingdon Residential and Supported Living Units. Candidates must have at least 3 months recent care experience . The support required takes into account the varying needs of people including: mild to severe learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, sensory impairments, dysphagia, epilepsy and the beginnings of age related conditions, particularly dementia. Your aim will be to assist/support people to learn or maintain daily living skills to enable independence as far as possible. N.B. We provide services to the general public, customers and service users; therefore you will be able to communicate fluently in the English language both verbally and in writing. A typical shift will include: Following care plans, routines, guidelines, risk assessments and Behaviour Management Plans Personal care Assisting with meals Social interaction Cleaning Paperwork We have a variety of shifts on offer, Earlies, Lates, Long days, Waking Nights, Sleep-Ins and Weekends.
