Overview
My client is looking for a Team Leader/ Unit Care Co-ordinator. Purpose of role To assist with rota management To assist with medication To effectively lead and motivate a team of carers To conduct team supervisions Delivery of excellent hand on care of residents To support with Care plans Requirements:- The position is full time, 35 hours per week, day shifts, with alternate weekends working and on call duties expected working 5 shifts out of 7 Must hold NVQ 3 in health and social care Proven leadership is essential You must have proven experience in excellent communication and dealing with professionals such as DoLs teams, Social Workers, CPN's, & District nurses to ensure the health and well-being of all of our residents is at the forefront of everything we do on a daily basis Must be available to start immediately on a contract basis Must be available to work on a rota with some weekends (enhancements paid for weekends) For more information contact Vicky on 01582 848177.
