Chef De Partie - £32,000 - Prestigious Establishment - 4 Days On/3 Days Off - London This prestigious restaurant, which is owned by a very well-respected restaurateur, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join its brigade. The kitchen is overseen by a very talented Head Chef who is from a strong Michelin background. The restaurant serves fresh seasonal British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using sustainable, locally sourced produce. It is essential for you to have experience within high standard fine dining environments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating to be considered for this role. As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section and be involved in the training of the junior chefs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas towards new menus. You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn. There would also be opportunities for progression into a senior role. An excellent salary package of £32,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
