Overview

Service Manager Salary - £37,000 Based in Thornton Heath, but will be expected to go between services to audit, attend meetings, offer support etc We are recruiting for a Service Manager to work in the Head Office for a Care Home company, based in Thornton Heath. Main responsibilities: To ensure an effective front line service delivery to the vulnerable service users To monitor, review and evaluate service delivery within all allocated services To maintain its good standing with Local Authority Commissioning Teams and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) at all times To ensure that all aspects of Health & Safety are adhered to at all times To safeguard and promote the welfare of service users To assist in obtaining and/or retaining all awards/accreditation achieved by the organisation The successful candidate must have experience working in a Care environment , in a senior position mentoring/coaching staff team and able to hit the ground running The number of services varies depending on needs and allocation may change but for now the person will be responsible for the following: x2 Supported Living schemes in South London x1 Nursing Home for Learning Disabilities in Nottingham x1 Supported Living Scheme in Nottingham (being developed) Yellow Hat UK is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
