Care Assistant (Homecare) Full or part time hours £10ph plus 20p per mile Aylesbury / Slough Benefits: Flexible positions available. Paid DBS. Paid Mileage. Full training for certificates such as NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare. Excellent rates of £10ph Do you have a naturally caring and empathetic personality? Nadia at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for Homecare Assistants to care for clients in their own homes. The role can be full or part time and is to cover day shifts. You will be joining a SUPPORTIVE and CARING team, who put first class care at the heart of everything they do. This is a small local company who offer exceptional care to adults who need support, the elderly and those living with dementia. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided, although it would be desirable to have some experience within care. The key responsibilities of our Care Assistants include: • Provide an exceptional standard of individual care and personal care to residents at all times • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Possess high regard for personal safety of the client • Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work legislation; in particular in the moving and handling of residents and fire safety/evacuation procedures • Willing to further professional development by participating in appraisals and team meetings and training • Adhere to all company and local policies/procedures Qualifications/Experience Required: • Experience with caring for the elderly is desirable • Must be a driver with full access to vehicle • A caring attitude and enthusiasm is essential If you are interested in applying for this role, please do not hesitate to contact Nadia at Amber Mace on 01904 571 187 or email a CV to nadiaambermace.com Must be a driver with full access to vehicle
