Overview
Junior Cryptocurrency Prop Trader Alphachain Capital is a leading proprietary cryptocurrency & FX trading firm based in London and Surrey. The firm specialises in short-medium term positions in large-cap cryptocurrencies and major FX markets and is now seeking to bring on a number of talented individuals who have the motivation and passion to become professional traders on the cryptocurrency desk. We are seeking both experienced and new prop traders to join our new state-of-the-art trading floor and manage our capital. Our trading team includes experienced traders with extensive institutional experience at top tier banking institutions who manage the company’s capital and help to train our juniors traders. Successful candidates will have a passion for the industry and motivated to learn to trade professionally at one of the UK's leading cryptocurrency prop trading firms. Those who are successful will begin trading as an independent Junior Prop Trader across major cryptocurrency markets with a guaranteed live funded trading account. Capital increases will be provided at set target achievements. Role Our Cryptocurrency Traders take short-term positions across large-cap cryptocurrency markets including BTC, ETH and LTC in order to profit from market movements. Our traders partake in regular trader breakout sessions, including trade ideas, correlation white board excercises, and momentum/trend debates in order to develop advanced technical knowledge to succeed in cryptcocurrency markets. Proprietary tools also assistour traders with their trading decisions. Training Fees Apply All those who are successful and invited to join the Cryptocurrency Trader programme will be required to complete a four-week intensive training programme covering the cryptocurrency market and our trading strategies, delivered on our trading floor by some of the leading cryptocurrency traders in the UK who also mentor our new traders. We are proud to be the only established and successful prop fund offering training of this type across Europe Training Fees apply for all training to cover our mentors time, seat on the trading floor, and our training programme. After completing the training the traders will be given a guaranteed live funded trading account to begin their career as a Junior Cryptocurrency Prop Trader either in-house on our trading floor, or remote. Requirements · A strong interest in financial markets and cryptocurrencies · Excellent communication skills with other team members and staff · Ambitious and motivated to succeed and learn new skills · Good emotional intelligence · Experience is not necessary however experience in financial markets or other areas of finance would be beneficial · Punctual and professional at all times Location The role is based on our trading floor is based in Redhill, Surrey (30 mins from London Bridge or Victoria). Remote positions also possible. Compensation All of our traders are independent contractors who take home 50% of their profits each month. Since proprietary trading is 100% performance based, this is a commission-based job only. Start date: ASAP Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visa's at this time.
