Overview
My client a dynamic and forward-thinking specialist lender is looking for an additional Development Finance Business Development Manager to complement their team. In this field-based role you will be adept at developing client relationships directly or via brokers and to be considered for this position you must have a demonstrable track record of business development in the Development Finance and Bridging finance sector. Possessing a robust network of introducers, responsibilities will include origination, negotiation and closure of property finance transactions along with the ability and experience to build new and existing relationships with Clients, Intermediaries and Brokers. You will also be expected to represent the company at trade shows, industry functions and relevant corporate events. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Development and Bridging Finance industry coupled with Sales and Lending experience in a financial services environment.
