Overview

We currently have an independent Insolvency client who is seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Manager or an Assistant Manager ready for that next step. This is great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to progress their career with an employer who will support them and work on some demanding but interesting assignments. Our client is a respected Insolvency practitioner, with many years of experience offering a range of specialist services attracting some complex and high-profile assignments, alongside smaller more straight forward cases. The Role The successful Insolvency Manager will have the opportunity to assist with the firm’s marketing activities and build on an already successful firm whilst being responsible for the managing of a busy insolvency team your main duties will include: Manage, motive and ensure that adequate training and development is provided. Liaising with Directors with case work both pre and post appointment Responding promptly to formal communications Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders Preparing statement of affairs and estimated outcome statements Monitoring job WIP and costs to budget Allocating costs where appropriate Identify risk issues and bring these to the attention of management and directors Required to assist and networking events. Experience and Requirements You will have been an Insolvency Assistant Manager or above for a minimum of 2 year A proven track record in Insolvency having operated previously at Managerial level Previous experience of working on Administrations and Liquidations is essential CPI qualified JIEB Preferred but not essential Salary Will depend on experience and the skills brought. As a guide only, salary may range between £40 - £55k pa but, our client is flexible to accommodate candidates with more experience or skills.
