The Company: Our client is a well-established IT Support provider in Nottingham. Main Duties: To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (Worldwide) The Role: - Provide 1st line technical support and problem fixing for end users on all systems (Including remote desktop) - Support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and servers) - Software installation and maintenance - Provide network support, phone system support - Installation and administration of users - Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation - Guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner - Priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s The Candidate: - Fluent in Portuguese AND Spanish - Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) - Previous experiences in IT support, 1st line desk support or Technical Help Desk - IT related problem solving skills is desirable - Excellent and professional communication skills - Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Office365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Windows 8 - Candidate be able to commute to Nottingham central by public transport Up to £24,000 pa depending on experience Bonus Benefits Immediate START available after the interview process Shift patterns: Mon - Fri 11:00 - 23:00 Candidate must be able to commute to Nottingham central by public transport Full customer service training will be provided, career progression within the company French Selection UK - The leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom
