Spanish and Portuguese Technical Support Engineer Nottingham Up to £24,000 Are you fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with a background or passion in IT? Working within the technical team of an expanding client based in Nottingham city centre, you will be responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of 1st line requests from global customers. Duties will include: Providing 1st line desktop support to a wide variety of clients in Spanish, Portuguese and English Performing and completing accurate and timely entry of information onto the CRM system Acting as the first point of contact for the support helpdesk, answering customer calls and emails, logging and resolving tickets Providing customers with status updates and ongoing communication Assisting with projects for the team Skill and experience required: Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English is essential IT industry experience desirable Excellent communication skills and telephone manner The successful candidate will be flexible to work shift patterns (no weekends) In return for your language and IT skills, the company offer a superb working environment and fantastic company benefits, training and development and a competitive salary Apply NOW to avoid disappointment
