London based funded startup providing Recruitment Technology Solutions to enterprises. We have developed a recruitment technology product based on AI and Machine Product We are looking for Business Development profile , being part of start-up everyday will add to individual’s learning curve not only in BD but in other domains as well. One must have strong problem solving skills and independent decision making capability. The major portion of hiring process will be designed to see your candidature fit in the organization. Total work-experience of 3 to 7, can be flexible for right candidate. A management degree from top tier B-School is added advantage but not mandatory. Being a VP-Business development, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Achieve revenue targets on monthly/quarterly/ annual basis. - Strategic decision making, planning goals on monthly/quarterly/annually basis for team. - Implementing the strategy to meet ever growing business targets for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process for direct and indirect accounts. - Growth/hiring of the business development, sales and customer relationship team. - Account management of our business partners (Product partners, recruitment firms, SI.) - Involve in the brain storming sessions with the Senior Management and contribute effectively in setting growth strategy, targets and future plans - Managing the customer experience of existing client and growing the technology platform to outreach multiple times the current customer base. - Actively Promoting the product in Recruitment and HR Events This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89269724
