FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPLIANCE SUPPORT Clark James Financial Services Recruitment have recently registered an exciting position working within a well established IFA in East Kent. Our client are looking for a diploma qualified Financial Services professional to join the team. Role Support and assist the Compliance Director Assessing and checking the advice that has been provided by the advisory team, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge in the advisory process including experience within suitability report production, ideally with knowledge of Trusts, IHT Planning, Pensions, Investments and Wealth Management Provide technical support to advisory team - must have good knowledge of current legislation May be required to run ad hoc projects such as reviewing the needs of the clients Assisting with the technical training of staff Ensuring high standards are maintained Candidate Experience working in an IFA environment and experience of the advisory process At least Level 4 Diploma qualified - ideally Level 6 qualified or working towards A client focused individual with good attention to detail Package Salary is negotiable, depending on experience Potential for an annual discretionary bonus, generous pension contribution, group life cover, group income protection cover Support is provided to candidates who are looking to study further to gain Chartered Status and to continue their professional development Liability and Disclaimer The information contained in our advert including any salary or on target earnings information is given in good faith and Clark James Ltd uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate.
