Overview
Job Description Covering various sites within London and the M25 corridor The main responsibilities will be: · Servicing and maintaining vending machines to ensure they operate well to maximise sales and the customer experience (Drinks/Snack/Coffee/Ice cream) · Diagnose and rectify faults (after training) · Driven by our Helpdesk and service calls, react in a timely manner to find fault resolution · Drive the performance and efficiency of machines · Communicate daily with Head Office on the clearing down of service calls · Provide cover to other areas as required for holiday/sickness · There will be an element of manual handling and walking long distances. The Skills Required The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing environment. You will also be self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach.It is expected you will have: · Technical or mechanical experience or knowledge – training will be given · Strong communication skills · Experience of a service based industry · Clean full driving licence · Live within a reasonable distance from our warehouse in Byfleet The Person We envisage you will have: · A practical mind and be capable of organising your workload and prioritising tasks · A flexible approach to work patterns, if required · Excellent communication & customer service skills · A desire to achieve service levels, meet deadlines & take pride in your work · The ability to work as part of a busy team Hours Hours are 45 per week with the availability of overtime.There is a degree of flexibility of start and finish times.
