Overview

A temporary Customer Service Advisor is by our Oxford based client. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the 1st point of contact for incoming enquiries to the local council. Duties will include: Answering enquiries by phone, email, web-chat and social media Researching information for customers to resolve enquiries or provide other information sources Using a range of database systems Processing customer applications for services Assessing eligibility for services against a range of guidelines and policies As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have good administration and IT skills with the ability to prioritise workload. To be successful in the role of Customer Service Advisor you will have a genuine interest in helping people with the ability to actively listen to and communicate with customers.
