Overview
Workchain have and excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Agent in Bristol Our client are a leading national wholesaler of air conditioning and refrigeration, they have local logistics, sales support and stock with the national support of market leading brands. They have been established since the 1900’s and stock over 12,000 different products, with 15 branches across the UK and Ireland. They are expanding the workforce and are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the team in St Phillips, Bristol. The Role Working with customers to deliver a fast and effective response to any sales enquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing their reputation for excellent service. Most of the customers will email or call the branch with orders, however they also have a trade counter for customer to order in branch. The Customer Service agent will then process the order, working with their 7 main product lines and thousands of product codes. They will also be expected to resolve any customer queries or complaints. Hours and Pay Working Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00 with an annual salary of £18,571. Requirements A friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. A good understanding of IT systems. Competent using general office systems. Experience using MS Word and Excel.
