Overview
Job Title: Network Support Analyst Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata) Location: Hatfield Contract: Fixed Term (6 months) Hours: Shift work between 8am - 6pm Company Profile: Working on behalf of an IT services company, you will be working on site at a specific client in Hatfield within the Pharmaceutical sector. Job Duties: Provide customer-focused technical support Ensure issues and requests are completed within service level timeframes Prioritise incidents based on business impact Ensure ongoing security and network compliance Perform administration tasks Identify root cause of problems Work closely with other members of the team Work closely with project managers on the delivery of projects Skills/Experience Required: Due to the nature of the business, DBS check would be ideal, but not essential DBS and animals rights checks will need to be passed before starting the role Experience in Network Administration (3 years ) is essential Experience of CISCO Networking Technology, including routing, switching, LAN/WAN Exposure to Palo Alto Next Generation Firewall Remote Access, Cisco Meraki, Checkpoint Firewall, Knowledge of SAN networking (ideal) Excellent customer service skills Good interpersonal/relationship building skills Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
