Overview
You will be working for a rapidly expanding professional services organisation based in Manchester City Centre that are actively on the lookout for a progressive individual who can come in and grow with the business This is a full time permanent job that involves more than just collecting the debt. Building relationships with clients and up selling where possible is a key aspect of the job. Your typical duties include; report to the credit manager on the quality of debt, ensure profitability via efficient credit control, maintain professional relationships with customers, ensure ledgers are maintained & accurate, proactively spot opportunities with clients & debtors and other key projects. The standard hours are 9am-5pm with some flexibility on start and finish times. To be considered you must have strong customer service and relationship building skills. Credit Control experience is a bonus but by no means and essential. As standard you will get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy and sell.
