Customer Service Advisor Leeds, LS12 £10 per hour Ongoing temporary contract Do you have previous Customer Service experience? Are you looking for an immediate start? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Loss Adjusters based in Leeds. Main Duties • Data entry – accuracy and attention to detail is imperative • Preparation of data reconciliation reports for clients • Contacting customers and gathering updates on their recent repairs and see if they require any further assistance. • Help customer either via email or phone to resolve any enquires they may have. • Resolve customer complaints. • Assistance with the creation of new contracts, fee sets and guidance notes • Assist with general administration tasks • E-mail queries • Chasing information as and when needed Key Skills • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally • Strong attention to details • Conscientious and hard working in order to achieve the required results, as well as being flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience of computer based claims handling system Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm Start Date: As soon as possible (subject to passing a credit check) Benefits include; Weekly Pay, opportunities to develop and train including industry qualifications, modern working environment, a genuinely friendly team-based working feel and free parking.
