Overview

Due to the growth of this first-class company, they are now seeking a client account Administrator to support the Account Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the team with varied administrative support as well as being given the opportunity to manage their own clients Job Title: Client Account Administrator Location: Hitchin Contract: Full Time Perm Salary: Depending on experience - £17,000 PA - £19,000 PA Job Duties Photocopying, scanning, sorting, filing documents Dating leases with occupation dates and scanning these on our system Answering inbound calls and email enquires from client and potential clients and transfer when necessary Supporting the account management team to ensure all aspects of documentation work Filling in forms for councils Taking meeting notes Replying to emails Managing outgoing post Providing business quotes Proving business rate advice Preparing quotes for clients and following up existing clients Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills A-levels or equivalent Experience in a busy admin role Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Desirable experience with dealing with business rates This role offers the opportunity to progress to an Account Management Role
