Overview

Role and responsibility • Responsible for consulting resource administration, support of SDM and wider operations tasks • Have an IT admin background or computing course, and sufficient technical empathy for the work being delivered to understand technology mapping to team capability • Strong written and verbal communication • Strong time management and reporting, planning, organisation and efficiency. Task ownership from start to completion • Good self-awareness and developed personal attributes with professional appearance Recurring tasks, SLAs and reporting • Resource Scheduler: Maintain the system and update promptly on confirmation of a change. SLA 4 hours • Training logistics: Facilitate and schedule training courses, and update training plan accordingly. Transactional, with monthly summary report • Training plan: Ensure the training plan is updated with new and completed tasks fortnightly and reported monthly • Consulting and PMO timesheet admin: Ensure timesheets (and expenses) are completed on time and are accurate. Weekly task • Project codes & systems: Create, manage and close out project codes on time management system. Produce weekly burn report. • Facilitate consultant joiner induction: Manage process of induction pre and post onboarding. Ensure induction task list is updated and sent to SBM upon completion • Skills matrix: Ensure skills matrix is updated at project close down including associates. Report monthly • Personal Training: Complete regular online sales training for selected technologies as well as internal mentoring. Report monthly. • Reporting: Produce various reports over and above the ones in this list, including consulting utilisation, technology delivery profile, project performance, PMO utilisation.
