German Payroll Specialist £50k to £65k Bonus & Benefits - Central London A global Financial Services organisation seek and experienced German Payroll Specialist to be the lead on their German payroll Reporting into the EMEA Payroll Manager you will be the subject matter expert for all payroll questions and queries in relation to the German Payroll as a focus but to also work on other EMEA payrolls. The Role: Processing and end to end payroll offering for Germany and a number of EMEA countries Be the subject matter expert for all payroll questions and queries along with best practices for Germany Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, GL and the Journals Keep on the pulse for any legislation changes across Germany Strong liaison with HR, Finance, IT, Third Party Vendors Assist with the full year end process: Reporting Working alongside the EMEA Payroll Manager looking at ways to implement and streamline the payroll processes Work on any payroll related projects Skills & Experience: Must have a wealth of payroll experience and exposure across German payroll but also UK and EMEA Ideally speak German to a business level Strong communication skills internal/external Business Partner skill set with Senior Stakeholders and Vendors Strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables) Strong analytical skill set Payroll systems ADP
