Overview
Sharp are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable business located in Doncaster, who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their growing and vibrant finance team. Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Chasing debtors on a weekly basis. Managing the debt recovery process. Resolving queries- including raising credit notes. Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. Assisting within the finance department when needed. Setting up payment agreements within agreed terms and ensuring terms are met. The ideal applicant must be able to reconcile complex accounts and demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise an extensive workload. You must have a calm and confident manner with the ability to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations.
