Finance Manager - Reading - £45,000-£50,000 benefits FryerMiles are currently partnering with an International business based in the heart of Reading on the recruitment of a Finance Manager. With a history of significant organic and acquisitive growth, this is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified Accountant to step into a truly progressive role. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you’ll be heavily involved in a number of projects as the business looks to improve the quality of its accounting processes and implement more robust controls. Further key responsibilities in this role include: Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, producing insightful financial information to support business decisions Supporting the annual statutory audit and financial preparation under US GAAP and IFRS Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Assist the FP&A Manager with periodic and ad hoc analysis, highlighting key drivers of financial performance Feed into the annual budget and bi-annual forecasting process This is a great opportunity for a strong technical Accountant coming from ideally a Top 20 practice having recently qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) looking for their first move out into industry. You will be comfortable dealing with all levels of the business - with an ability to bring a fresh perspective to the analysis and business information to drive financial and operational performance. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are seeing impressive growth coupled with significant investment in staff development.
