Success Recruit are currently working with a dynamic and growing engineering company based in Central Essex who are currently looking to recruit a Service Coordinator. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can build strong rapport with suppliers and act as first point of call with all engineers on a daily basis. The successful Service Coordinator will be expected to : Be able to multi task and provide excellent customer service at all times Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ensure high levels of attention to detail The successful Service Coordinator will be rewarded with: The opportunity to join a growing and well-established engineering business A caring team working environment and strong values that support the team Professional working environment with break out area Free parking - car owner is essential Job Description The purpose of the Service coordinator will be to support the maintenance contracts ensuring constant communication is provided to allow this department to run smoothly at all times, although set tasks on a daily basis are operated in this department, this is a varied role and no two days may be the same so it will suit someone who can work under pressure and meet deadlines. Duties to include but not limited to: Be first point of contact for client calls and breakdown callouts via telephone & email Communicating clearly throughout the process with engineers from beginning to end of a project Ensuring database is kept up to date at all times with all worksheets, certificates and associated documents in relation to engineer’s work Send out weekly engineer schedules of work and prep admin for senior engineer meetings Attend meetings with clients along side MD to discuss account relationships and any areas that can be improved on quality Raise and issue quotes for work Source items for work and look to compete for price Other admin support tasks as required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on customer relationship position. It will suit someone that has previous experience within a varied fast-paced environment and enjoys representing the business with a high level of customer service.
