My client in North West London requires an Urgent Care Social Worker.Suitable candidates must have a degree in social work and be on the Social Work England. Suitable prospective candidates will need at least 2 years post qualifying experience in Learning Disabilities or Mental Health in statutory social work. One role requires a social worker with experience of working with patients who are being discharged from Assessment & Treatment Centres, writing social circumstance reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals and supporting patients discharge, some of whom are subject to framework of Ministry of Justice.
