Residential support worker RSW Grade 3 £20,614 to £26,954 per annum - as a Team Leader 1 Meadows Care are one of the UK's leading therapeutic residential childcare providers, with a network of homes based across Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Rossendale and Huddersfield. We are currently looking to recruit a number of dedicated experienced Residential Support Workers within these areas to assist us in the promotion of good childcare practice in accordance with our extremely high company standards. Offering so much more than a 9-5 job, our shift patterns vary from 24 hour shifts, to 10 or 12 hour shifts all which may include sleep-ins, enabling you to fit work around your life, and the job satisfaction is a huge factor for many of our staff. Residential Support Worker Must hold or will be expected to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People in Residential Childcare which we will fund, and ensure you have support from assessors and Managers. All of our managers have worked their way up from entry level roles, and we are committed to training and developing our staff to give you a real vocational career.
