About the Role We are expanding our team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals therefore seeking dynamic individuals with strong multi-tasking and leadership skills to join our dedicated team. You will provide outstanding care to all residents You will create and carry out effective care plans You will lead and manage a team of care workers working closely with the internal multi-disciplinary team. You will use initiative and work closely with the registered manager to ensure clear communication and a positive environment at all times About You Our Senior Support Workers have a sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs and are familiar with leading a team; with a commitment to care and a passion for making a difference.
