You will provide outstanding care to all residents You will create and carry out effective care plans You will lead and manage a team of care workers working closely with the internal multi-disciplinary team. You will use initiative and work closely with the registered manager to ensure clear communication and a positive environment at all times About You Our Senior Support Workers have a sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs and are familiar with leading a team; with a commitment to care and a passion for making a difference.
