Overview
Support Worker Location: Horley / Redhill. Salary: We have amazing employee benefits, a competitive salary (£9 p/hr) and truly look after our staff. Contract: Full time, permanent. Our full-time support workers work a flexible rolling 5-day rota, consisting of one day on (07:00-21:00), day off, one day on (8:00-22:00), two days off. FANCY A CAREER IN SUPPORT WORK? You will be supporting our wonderful and charismatic clients on day to day activities including, cooking, arts and crafts, fitness as well as promoting their independence and offering the highest quality of care. We pride ourselves with our in-house training, so if you are looking to develop within this field then we will supply you with the courses and skills to do just that. No previous care experience is necessary Our full time Support Worker role consists of a 5-day rolling rota, one day (07:00-21:00), day off, (08:00-20:00) 2 days off We have amazing employee benefits, a competitive salary (£9.00 p/hr) rising to (£9.25ph) after probation and we truly look after our staff.
