Where you will be working Location : Princes Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6JJ You will be working at Martham House, providing a specialist residential service for men and women living with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments. Work as part of a team, you will care and support individuals with a learning disability and require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Service users may be transitioning from children's residential services, education, moving out of the family home. The aim of the service is to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing. Where you will be working Martham House has direct train access to London and Brighton and the M25/M23 motorways are 4 miles away. Service provided, you'll be caring for: Men and women with learning disabilities.
