Page Personnel are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join a business in East Leeds on a temporary to permanent opportunity. Client Details The client is a business in the Financial Services industry based in East Leeds and they are recruiting for an extra head to join the team. This person will start immediately as a temp, and be offered permanent shortly after if exceeding expectations. Description The Temporary Office Assistant will be responsible for - Acting as first point of contact for the practice by answering telephone calls and meeting and greeting clients and visitors Responsible for mail and courier parcels Responsible for all office stationary and stock checks General ad hoc administration duties Preparing meeting packs Updating the database with relevant information Keeping accurate records of all communications with clients and product providers Profile The Temporary Office Assistant will have/be - Background in an office/client focused environment Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook Good organisational skills, along with ability to multitask and prioritise workload Ability to work well under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication skills Job Offer The Temporary Office Assistant will receive - Immediate start date Free on site parking Temporary to permanent opportunity Competitive salary
