Overview
Quantity Surveyor East London A well-established design & build contractor based in East London are looking for a bright, forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial department. The Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation that have a turnover of over £20m, with schemes in the pipeline with values up to £20m in a variety of sectors which include - Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use. The Quantity Surveyor - should have either ran their own projects from acquisition to final account or have had the responsibility on various projects that would have made up the whole project cycle. The projects will be overseen by the Senior Surveyor and Commercial Director who both will provide excellent training when necessary. The successful Quantity Surveyor must have Design & Build experience in a similar contractor working on a variety of sectors.
